About Daron
Daron Christopher is a Senior Director in the speechwriting and executive communications practice at Bully Pulpit International (BPI). Born in politics and founded by leaders of the Obama campaign, we apply our unique expertise from these experiences to create sophisticated and customized strategies for companies, causes and candidates.
Our clients include established market leaders, new economy firms, philanthropists, CEOs, and elected officials. What these varied brands share in common is the growing need to establish differentiated and lasting bonds with their consumers in a world of fragmented media, deep skepticism, and rapidly changing culture.
Prior to joining BPI, Daron advised executive leaders on their communications strategies at leading tech companies including VMware and ServiceNow. He previously served as a speechwriter for officials at a range of government agencies under the Obama and Biden Administrations, including the Departments of State, Energy, Agriculture, and Veterans Affairs.
As a consultant, he has written for corporate and non-profit leaders at organizations including the World Bank, the African Development Bank, and the World Health Organization. He has also guest lectured on speechwriting in classrooms at American University and Johns Hopkins University.
Daron started out his career as a Peace Corps volunteer in Cape Verde. He earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Pittsburgh and a master’s degree in public policy and management from Carnegie Mellon University. He lives in New York City..
